Placentino School Counseling

Mission Statement

In Holliston we seek to  collaboratively create and sustain Safe and Supportive Schools. A Safe and Supportive school is the culmination of what it would look like for us to truly foster a safe, positive, healthy and inclusive whole-school learning environment that: enables students to develop positive relationships with adults and peers, regulate their emotions and behavior, achieve academic and non-academic success in school and maintain physical and psychological health and well-being for all students, staff, and the greater Holliston community!

Welcome to the Placentino School Counseling Site. This site is a place where students and families can find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings. We hope you have fun exploring our site.

Mrs. Cohen

My name is Anne Marie Cohen and I'm happy to say that I have been a school counselor at Placentino since 1999. I received my Masters Degree from Boston College and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). My experience prior to coming to Placentino includes working in an urban school setting and a residential school.
