Online registration March 26, 2024 through 12:00 noon April 4, 2024: to be considered for a potential lottery.

2024-2025 Registration Checklist

Complete online registration form

You will need the following documents to upload with your registration form:

Student's BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Documents for Residency Verification:

If you own the property you reside in, we require:

Copy of most recent property tax bill, water bill, or mortgage statement

AND

Copy of most recent utility bill (cable, electric, phone, car insurance)

If you lease/rent the property you reside in, we require:

Copy of an updated lease

AND

Copy of recent utility bill in your name (cable, electric, phone, car insurance)

If you are living with a Holliston Resident, we require:

Notarized letter from the property owner stating the child is currently living at their Holliston address

AND

Copy of the property owner’s most recent property tax bill, water bill, or mortgage statement

AND

Copy of the most recent car insurance bill, phone, or credit card bill in your name mailed to you at the Holliston address.

Health Records

Most recent Physical including all immunizations received to date

If You are Registering for Preschool, a $100 Deposit is Required.

How to pay $100 Deposit:

- Select “School Tuition”
- Complete the online form using Account Number PK24

FYI- Tuition for the school year is $3,375- divided into 4 payments
